Der Grappa "Valdavi" der Distillerie Berta ist ein Destillat aus Moscato-Trester. Dieser Grappa hat eine klare Farbe und ein elegantes, harmonisches Aroma. Der Geschmack ist weich und angenehm aromatisch. Die Destillation erfolgt diskontinuierlich in kupfernen Dampfkesseln, die anschließende Reifung in Edelstahltanks dauert 3-6 Monate.
